The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan offers scholarships to international teachers who wish to conduct research on school education at Japanese universities.The Embassy of Japan is now recruiting applicants for the following scholarship programs that will start in 2019.
The deadline for application: At 12:00 pm February 15th, 2019

Make sure that you are in the qualified age and have the required academic background. The signature on the application form must be handwritten and all required documents on the APPLICATION FORM must be submitted to Embassy of Japan in Rwanda.

The annoucement of the scholarships each year is made through the website of Embassy and HEC (Higher Education Council ) |
| February-March | APPLICATION SCREENING All applications are collected at Embassy of Japan in Rwanda(Deadline: February 15th) FIRST SCREENING |
| March-June | SECOND SCREENING
The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) will select the candidates according to the document applications and first screening results |
| July-August | FINAL RESULTS |
