Stanford Seed Transformation Program for CEOs/founders based in East Africa

Stanford Seed Transformation Program 2019The Seed Transformation Program (STP) is a 12-month, intensive leadership program for CEOs/founders of established businesses. The STP includes four, weeklong immersive sessions spread over a ten-month period, four Workshops for your leadership team, and numerous opportunities for peer exchange with fellow leaders. The program is delivered in-country and is led by Stanford Graduate School of Business faculty and other experts. Its ultimate goal is to create a detailed action plan to help you grow and scale your company.

Stanford Seed is looking for high-potential CEOs/founders based in East Africa who are motivated for growth.

PROGRAM DATES: 27 January – 27 December 2019
APPLICATION DEADLINE: 01 July 2018
PROGRAM FEE:  US $5,000 (Fee has been subsidized by philanthropic contributions)

Eligibility

The program is open to CEOs/founders of for-profit companies and for-profit social enterprises

Companies must be based in Southern Africa with annual revenues between US $150,000 and $15 million

Location: Various cities in either East or West Africa & at your company
