The Seed Transformation Program (STP) is a 12-month, intensive leadership program for CEOs/founders of established businesses. The STP includes four, weeklong immersive sessions spread over a ten-month period, four Workshops for your leadership team, and numerous opportunities for peer exchange with fellow leaders. The program is delivered in-country and is led by Stanford Graduate School of Business faculty and other experts. Its ultimate goal is to create a detailed action plan to help you grow and scale your company.
Stanford Seed is looking for high-potential CEOs/founders based in East Africa who are motivated for growth.
PROGRAM DATES: 27 January – 27 December 2019

PROGRAM FEE: US $5,000 (Fee has been subsidized by philanthropic contributions)
The program is open to CEOs/founders of for-profit companies and for-profit social enterprises
Companies must be based in Southern Africa with annual revenues between US $150,000 and $15 million
Location: Various cities in either East or West Africa & at your company

- Get the support from trained local facilitators to help you introduce what you’ve learned to your company and promote buy-in.
- Develop relationships with like-minded leaders to share experiences and develop an ongoing peer-to-peer support network.
In order to complete the application, you will need to provide information about your company, including number of employees, and sales/revenue information for recent years. Your honest and accurate answers are essential to the selection process. Please note, your data will remain confidential, and will not be individually shared with any parties outside Stanford University.
