International students can qualify for merit-based scholarships at University Of Delaware . Applications received before the deadline of Jan. 15 are automatically considered for scholarships. There are no separate scholarship applications. Qualified students must have the equivalent of an A/B average and submit their official SAT or ACT scores.
Scholarship value
Scholarships range from $2,000 to $15,000 and are awarded on an annual basis. Scholarships will be awarded for up to four years, provided you maintain a 3.0 grade point average.
Please note that SAT/ACT scores are required only for scholarship consideration and are not required for admission. In order to meet the Jan. 15 deadline, all required application materials must be received by this date. After Jan. 15, scholarships are not guaranteed and qualified students will be awarded only if funds remain.
Application process
Please complete the following to be considered for undergraduate admission
- Complete the application for the University of Delaware and the $75 application fee.
- Send official transcripts/examination results for all secondary and post-secondary work to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions
- Send official test scores directly from the testing agency:TOEFL score 90 iBT or better ,IELTS score 6.5 or better
- Provide two letters of recommendation (at least one from a school counselor).
