How to Turn Off Sticky Keys

  • Click “No” in the dialog box that appears

Through Windows Settings

  • Open Windows Settings
  • Navigate to Accessibility (Windows 11) or Ease of Access (Windows 10)
  • Click on Keyboard
  • Toggle off the “Sticky Keys” option at the top

Permanently Disable Activation

To prevent accidental activation during gaming or typing:

  • Go to the Sticky Keys settings through the Ease of Access menu
  • Click on “Set up Sticky Keys”
  • Uncheck the box that says “Turn on Sticky Keys when SHIFT is pressed five times”
