  • Visit https://hputx.edu/accountclaim
  • Enter your HPU email address (username@hputx.edu)
  • Follow the verification process using either: (Your personal email address & Mobile phone number)
  • Create a secure password meeting these requirements :
  • Minimum 10 characters long
  • Cannot contain your first or last name
  • Must include three of these categories:
    • Uppercase letters
    • Lowercase letters
    • Digits (0-9)
    • Special characters (~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;”<>,.?/)

  • Grades
  • Unofficial transcripts
  • Degree audit information
  • Financial information:
    • Bill review
    • Financial aid package details
