How to Access and Log in to the LTMS Portal:
- Go to the Official LTMS Portal Website: The official website is portal.lto.gov.ph.
- Registration (for First-Time Users):
- Click on the “Register Now” button.
- Read and accept the “Terms of Agreement.”
- Enter the security code.
- Choose your type of enrollment (e.g., “Enroll as an Individual”).
- Answer the questions and provide the required information, including your nationality, name, birth details, contact information (email and mobile number), and any existing driver’s or conductor’s licenses.
- Click “Create Account.”
- You will receive an email with your 15-digit LTO client number (which serves as your username) and a verification link. Click on the link within 24 hours to confirm your registration and set up a password. If you miss the 24-hour window, you’ll need to register again.
- Login (for Registered Users):
- On the LTMS Portal homepage, enter your registered LTO Client Number or email address and your password.
- Click “Sign In.”
