We are recruiting a full-time Receptionist. The position will be based in the BALYMUS Office located at Kigali Down-town F3-14.
The Receptionist is responsible for:
- Liaising with customers in a service-oriented manner on behalf of the office by providing Professional phone service, personally welcoming visitors and maintaining a high standard in the reception area
- Dealing with phone calls and Emails related to BALYMUS Services
- Ensuring incoming and outgoing calls are efficient and uninterrupted
- Performing reception and secretarial services daily
- Performing other duties assigned by the Management
