1.CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Position Summary
The Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village (ASYV) is looking to hire a mission and vision-focused, strategic, and process-minded leader with experience leading a senior management team and developing an efficient performance culture among a diverse group of talented individuals. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) role helps ASYV deliver measurable, cost-effective results in line with its mission and strategic plan. She/he will oversee all internal operations and establish efficient systems and processes to ensure the organization’s improved productivity. The COO should demonstrate a passion for breaking new grounds to lead within an organization, which focuses on youth empowerment and resiliency.

2.MEAL MANAGER
Position Summary
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Assessment, and Learning (MEAL) Manager is responsible for designing and implementing innovative ways to measure ASYV’s overall impact. In addition, he/she is responsible for strengthening ASYV’s routine monitoring procedures to ensure program and supporting teams are able to efficiently make data-driven decisions. The MEAL Manager initiates and prepares reports summarizing ASYV’s progress, and collaborates with program and supporting teams and communication staff. The MEAL Manager also serves as the key contact for data management initiatives and research and evaluation partnerships. The MEAL Manager reports to the Executive Director and manages the M&E team, which consists of one data manger and a Fellow.

3.MEDICAL DOCTOR
Position Summary
The Medical Doctor shall coordinate all strategic/administrative work and activities of the Health & Wellness Center, focusing on disease control/ prevention, health promotion, reduction of risk factors of diseases and appropriate healthcare protection, intervention and treatment. S/he ensures the mental and emotional health care of children who live in the Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village (ASYV). In addition, the Medical Doctor empowers kids and staff with life skills. In collaboration with the Partnership Director, the Medical Doctor will represent the center with government and community partners in health.
