Job Description

Major attributions Admin Assistant are to:

Prepare the Rector’s agenda:

Prepare appointment schedule

Arrange for appointments

Prepare and manage correspondances

Prepare correspondences of the Rector

Record, dispatch and assort office mail

Manage the filing of documents

Ensure telephone communication within the Office.

Read and verify the form and substance of documents submitted to the Rector.

Forward documents submitted by the Rector to their respective destinations

Responsible for handling VIP visitors of the Rector

Make logistical preparations for all meetings of the Rector

Job Profile

A0 in Secretarial studies, Law, Public Administration, Management, Or A1 in Secretariat studies, Management, Public Administration
