Job Summary:

We are now looking for a BSS Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and participating in various delivery activity streams, preparing customer workshops and technical discussions
  • Driving end-to-end technical solutions
  • Analyze customer technology/solution deployed, define key areas of improvements and participate in critical issue handling.
  • Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
  • Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
  • Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
  • Support deployment of solution
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
  • Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: B.E. / B.Sc. in Telecommunications or similar
  • Minimum years of experience: 8 years
  • Domain experience:  BSS (CS, CBiO, BSCS, EOC/ECM, EMM, EMA)
  • Pre-Sales experience and knowledge of Premium Proposal, Verdi, FocalPoint, CAST
  • Cloud experience & certification will be an added advantage.
  • Experience from technical job roles is required, e.g. experience from work as an Integration Engineer or Software Developer

Additional Requirements:

  •  No limitation of travel across MMEA.
  • Drive Architecture Discussions and be able to make presentations to Customer’s IT and Business Organizations to articulate Business /Technical Value of the solutions.
  • Delivery/Presale Experience with Ericsson’s Order Care and Catalog Manager
