Can you effectively communicate both in written and verbal French and English, while ensuring efficient running of an office in a multicultural setting? If the answer is yes, then the Business Assistant position was tailor made for you.
As a Business Assistant, you will provide general office assistance, and be the primary liaison to the company’s clients. Furthermore, you will deal with the daily communication of the company and its stakeholders.
Duties 
• Providing support to the company’s staff and the day to day operations of the office
• Responsible of keeping the social media pages up to date
• Bookkeeping and handling accounting responsibilities of the company
• Providing adequate customer service to the company’s clients
• Handling the marketing and branding duties of the company
• Point person for any situations that may arise in the company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in but not limited to economics, business, accounting and marketing
• The individual must be open minded, eager to learn, takes initiative and flexible
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Has experience working in fast-paced environments and is dynamic
• Strong verbal and written skills in both French and English is a must.
