Job Description:

Unlock Impact is looking for someone who has worked in education and has a passion for developing local talent, to manage and support the learning journey of our Fellows.

As a Cohort Coordinator ( CC ), you will be directly responsible and involved in the learning journey of Fellows. You will engage in learning design, session facilitation, and assessments. You will also provide personalized support to Fellows.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience teaching or supporting learners in a learner-centered learning environment and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Work with the chief learning architect and learning team to design, develop, and/or revise the program’s learning experience and curriculum.
Learning delivery and support – oversee and manage all aspects of the learning experience of our Fellows including assessments, intervention, support, communication, and facilitation.
Stakeholders Management and Engagement – engage and maintain a relationship with our Fellows’ managers and mentors.
Learning team ops – develop and implement a sustainable Teacher Assistant (TA) or internship program that will help bring on board a support team for the learning team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Management, Education, or any related field.
Experience working in learner-centered environments.
Experience designing innovative 21st-century learning experiences.
Passion for supporting and mentoring learners.
Passion for developing world-class and scalable learning systems.
Fluent in  English
