In April 2019, IMSAR signed a partnership Agreement with Garden Fresh, to implement an intervention focusing on the development of an outgrower model. It was agreed that Garden Fresh will report to IMSAR on quarterly basis with regards to milestones stipulated in the agreement. However, IMSAR realized that key technical staff from Garden Fresh will be busy with delivering the trainings on Good Agricultural Practices, will conduct awareness sessions on Global Gap and will follow up on quality assurance, working with lead farmers and cooperative leadership.
