Job Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management with Specialisation in Human Resources, Business Administration with specialisation in Human Resources, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences with 3 years of working experience or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management with Specialisation in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences with specialisation in Human Resources with 1 year of working experience.

Key technical skills & knowledge required:

– Knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, policies, and procedures;

– Knowledge of organisational structure, workflow, and operating procedures;

– Knowledge in Monitoring & System Evaluation;

– Leadership and management skills;

– Planning and organisational skills;

– High Analytical skills;

– Communication skills;

– Time management skills;

– Interviewing skills;

– Judgment & Decision-making skills;

– Complex Problem-Solving skills;

– Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English or French; knowledge of all these three (3) languages is an advantage.
