Job Description
Education required:
Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management of Hospital and Health Care Administration, Public Health, nursing leadership, Project management, with 3 years of working experiences or a Bachelor degree in above said field with 5 years’ experiences. Academic field and research, grant writing is an added value.
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required
• Deep knowledge of Health Sector;
• Grant writing, and publication skills
• Exceptional diplomatic and interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships
• High education experience
• Knowledge of internationally recognized standards for health educational processes;
• Management experience in a clinical or educational setting;
• Former position that included program and curriculum development is preferred;
• International development experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in quality education
• Management style that is inclusive and collaborative
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Commitment to the goals of the Rwanda Ministry of Health and Rwandan Medical education platform.
• English, Kinyarwanda and French skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, policies, and procedures;
