The Institution of Engineers Rwanda (IER) was established as a Professional Regulatory Body by Law no. 26/2012 of 29th June 2012 with a mandate (among others) to enhance technical capacities and professional competencies of its members to enable them to become more competent and competitive in delivering professional engineering services at the National, Regional and International engineering job markets.

Through the Africa Catalyst Project Phase III, the Institution of Engineers Rwanda (IER) is organizing a one (1)-day workshop for Graduate Women Engineers. The objective of the workshop is to network as well as identify challenges keeping women away from the engineering profession. The workshop shall be held on March, 24th 2020 at Hotel Hilltop Kigali starting at 8:00 am.

It’s in this regard that we request you all to register using this link in order to be eligible to attend this important workshop. Note that the workshop is open to all women engineers in Rwanda who hold a qualification in Engineering from both private and government colleges. They must have less than two years in the engineering industry.
