a)  Job responsibilities

•Support and providing advice to end-users on software and hardware related problems;

•Assists staff in the use of information systems and applications;

•Design, support OAG security systems and all electromechanical installations such as lift, Generator, X-Ray luggage scanners, Walkthrough, Camera surveillance, etc,

b)  Job Requirements

You may also like:

•Bachelor Degree (Upper second class degree and above) in Computer science, Computer engineering, Information technology or the equivalent from a recognized University

•Minimum proven experience of two (2) years in a similar role;

•Providing IT support to a varied user base;

•Ability to play an active role in various IT projects;

•Good communication skills;

•Results -oriented;

•Ability to pay attention to details.

•Being not more than 35 years of age

•Being a Rwandan citizen.
