• Maintain and identify new business opportunities and develop the key accounts.

• Increase TV sales market share and ensure achievement of consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning, achieving monthly/ quarterly/ annual targets in line with company objectives. Cross business unit sales in conjunction with other business units.

• Provide regular monitoring and reporting on sales targets, operational issues and other areas pertaining to key accounts.

• Maintain and foster key relationships within accounts.

• Compile statistical information when requested.

• Manage operational and support services with key accounts.

• Identifying new opportunities to enhance the product offering.

• Recommend ways to utilize new opportunities to grow the business further.

• Liaise with the relevant internal business units to ensure on time delivery for key accounts.

• Mediate and drive resolution of escalated queries and ensure timeous resolution.

• Provide regular feedback and advice on product enhancement requirements in relation to channel requirements.

• Provide ongoing support to key accounts and work actively towards creating new profitable revenue streams through new accounts.

• Ensure ongoing adherence by key accounts with compliance standards set out by the business.

• Drive the channel performance to achieve all sales and revenue targets.

• Provide input into the sales plan for the respective channels aligned to the business strategy.

• Arrange the event, show and promotion which will increase the sales.

Experience and qualification:

• Relevant sales /marketing / commerce degree or diploma would be advantageous.

• Previous 3 years experiences as a Key Account Manager or similar role within the Electronic products Industry.
