Study in Indonesia : Master's degree scholarships for Rwandan students 2019/2020INDONESIA – RWANDA GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIPS – 2019-2020

The Higher Education Council (HEC) wishes to inform the general public that through the Bilateral Cooperation between the Government of Rwanda and the Republic of Indonesia, the latter has offered to the Government of Rwanda scholarships for Masters Degree commencing in academic year 2019-2020.

Interested candidates should submit the following application documents:

  • Application letter addressed to the Executive Director of HEC
  • Copy of National ID or Passport
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Certified copies of Degree certificates and transcripts
  • One recent passport – size photo

Please note:

Candidates applying for this scholarship must be holders of a Bachelors Degree in “Remote Sensing” or “Engineering” (Chemical, Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical) in accredited Universities either in Rwanda or abroad.

The scholarship covers settlement allowance, living allowance, research allowance, books, air travel and health insurance. The expenses which are not covered by this scholarship will be a responsibility of the applicant.
