Bralirwa Plc seeks to hire a qualified, dedicated & experienced Nurse based in Gisenyi, reporting to the Head Clinic- Gisenyi.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive patients, make consultation at first level, diagnose the disease or health matter and execute appropriately the prescription according to the guidelines.
  • Deliver all nursing care in the clinic (fresh wound management, injection, dressing, abscess incision, infusion setting, vaccination…)
  • Organize and provide medical emergency care at the workplace clinic in case of emergency happen Co organize and manage first aid program if necessary.
  • Co Provide counselling in general for main health matters among employees, promote condom use.
  • Drugs recording, distribution and delivery within stock4doc and make inventory of stock.
  • Co participate in drugs management: pharmaceutical drugs inventory, propose order of drugs, register in stock4doc, receive and co verify external invoices.
  • Participate and promote well-being among employees.

Qualifications:  Education/Knowledge/Skills and Experience

  • Must have at least a Bachelor degree in Nursing or related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in recognized hospitals
  • Must have medical emergency skills (Trained in BLC and ACLS with valid certificate) is a valuable advantage
  • Must have language proficiency in English/French and Kinyarwanda
  • Must have computer skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
