Overview

Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is currently preparing for an upcoming 5-year USAID-funded Rwanda Integrated Health Systems Activity (RIHSA) in Rwanda.

The purpose of RIHSA Task Order (TO) is to further strengthen the health system in Rwanda to provide quality health care services for Rwandans, increase financial protection and promote self-reliance. The TO is within the scope of USAID’s Integrated Health Systems (IHS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

Positions are subject to project award and funding.

Specific Responsibilities

MSH is seeking candidates at all levels with expertise in the following areas:

  • Health Financing
  • Quality Improvement
  • Health Governance
  • Institutional Development
  • HMIS, KM, M&E and Research
  • Private Sector Engagement and Public Private Partnership
  • Project Administration and Support

Qualifications and Experience

The qualifications will depend on the position. This solicitation is intended for Rwandan nationals.
