Reports to (designation): Head of Sales and Marketing

  1. Main purpose of the position:

To drive the Project/Institutional Sales by identifying and managing customer accounts and influence a community of Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Contracting Community, and Key End-users

3. Key responsibilities:

a)    Ensure delivery of monthly volume targets
b)    Track enquiry, conversion to orders and ensure timely billing to the customers
c)    Ensure collection of payments from project / institutional customers as per the agreed credit terms
d)    Ensure contribution  as per the agreed/budgeted targets
e)    Promote “basket of goods” type of sales to increase revenue through new and additional channels
f)    Build and maintain key relationship with Architects, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Contractors and end-users.
g)    Identify the various roofing requirements of the customers and developing technically correct solutions for addressing the same.
h)    Conducting in-house product training programs


1.    Qualifications required:

i. Minimum academic qualification: Diploma or degree in Civil or mechanical engineering
ii.Qualifications as an added advantage:  Diploma in Management preferred
iii. Professional registration:  Affiliation to technical bodies in the Building Materials Industry

2.    Experience required:

i.    General work experience (years): 3-5 years
ii.    Specific to the position (level/discipline/years): Minimum 2 years into B2B sales
iii.    Industry:  Building Materials/ Capital Goods
