Recruitment of International Foresight Expert to Review the Green Growth and Climate Resilience Strategy in Rwanda – UNDP

Period of assignment: 60 working days over 10 calendar months

UNDP Rwanda is looking to recruit an International Individual as a Foresight Expert to Review the Green Growth and Climate Resilience Strategy in Rwanda. The main objective of this consultancy is to revise and update the Rwanda’s Green Growth and Climate Resilience Strategy to capture emerging / potential future trends and respond to multiple scenarios for achieving a Green Economy, with a clear framework of its implementation.

The International Foresight Expert, in collaboration with a national consulting firm, will support the Ministry of Environment and stakeholders to enrich research and studies on emerging trends, build future scenarios using foresight methodologies, and identify and document resilient strategies to facilitate actions toward the preferred scenario.
