Call for application to attend training on international human rights instruments & advocacy With financial support of the European Union (EU) and Minority Right International (MRG), African Initiative for Mankind Progress Organization (AIMPO) invites interested Rwandan grassroots organizations to attend Civil Society Organization (CSO) training on international human rights instruments & advocacy that will run for three days from May 6th-8th May, 2019. Participants will gain a better understanding of international human rights instruments particularly, African regional human rights mechanisms and how CSO can be conducting advocacy within Rwandan context. Additionally, AIMPO will use this opportunity to have partnership with participants.

Rwandan organizations operating in human rights and advocacy, in the health, education, economic growth, agricultural development, and sexual and reproductive health rights sectors that would like to participate in this training are encouraged to submit an expression of interest to kaimpo@gmail.com. Participation is limited to Rwandan organizations that operate in the sectors identified above and that have not previously received training on international human rights and advocacy. Space is limited and not all organizations that express interest will be invited to attend. To be considered for participation, please submit your expression of interest by no later than April 26, 2019.
