Senior Auditor responsibilities

· Planning and reviewing the auditing activities

· Be ready to lead engagement teams on-site for multiple clients,

· Assisting in working paper reviews and concurrently managing relationships with less experienced engagement team members

· Analyse risks and develop measures to reduce them.

· Ensuring the timely completion of audits.

· Managing periodical audits.

· Preparing reports to the auditing manager.

· Optimizing the audit process to increase compliance and efficiency

Senior Auditor requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ Finance with ACCA/ CPA Qualification

· Have worked on clients in Auditor in Charge capacity (4-5 years of experience)

· Reliability٫ productivity٫ and attention to detail.

· Concurrently manage relationships with less experienced engagement team members, senior engagement team members (including partners), and clients, while cultivating client relationships.

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge Required:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or French and Kinyarwanda, knowledge of all is an advantage.

· High Analytical and time management skills.

Job Location: Kigali – Rwanda

Period: Open-ended contract with 3 months’ probation period.
