Location: Kigali
Reporting to: Administration Manager
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
We are currently seeking a professional candidate with sales background, managerial and leadership qualities to join our team as showroom Manager.
KEY DUTIES
- Handle showroom administration duties
- Offer human resource support
- Asset management
- Coordinate showroom events and promotions
- Customer relations management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or any other related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in similar industry
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong Leadership qualities
- Demonstrated ability to develops, executes and monitors strategies to drive showroom traffic
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Excellent time management
- Ability to read, understand and follow oral &written instructions
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda. Knowledge of French is an added value
