a)Job Summary
The Technician is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and to assume responsibility for the maintenance of the physical assets of the Bank.
b) Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all equipment and machines at BNR are functioning as per the required standards;
- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned;
- Ensure that there is a proper, constant and timely maintenance and repair of the Bank’s buildings, machines, equipment, assets and other physical infrastructure;
- Coordinate during practical completion/ final completion of works executed by Contractors and handover of new machines/equipment delivered by different suppliers;
- Ensure machines/equipment spare parts management and servicing contracts management to make sure that they are operating very well; and
- Help establish the technical specifications of the equipment, materials and products as required for maintenance and for tendering purposes
c) Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields; Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering or related any other related fields.
