The programme is hosted by the University of Rwanda in Kigali and courses are delivered in the English language.
DATES
Applications should be submitted no later than Saturday 15 February 2020. Courses for this intake will start in 271hApril 2020.

SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
Self-sponsored candidates are encouraged to apply and will be given high priority. However, the EAC RCE-VIHSCM has reserved some scholarships for students from EAC Partner States public institutions. Once selected, highly deserving applicants from EAC Partner States are presented to a Regional Scholarship Awards Committee for consideration and scholarships will be awarded based on quota system.
