The University of Rwanda (UR) is pleased to publish the results of applications for admission to undergraduate programs for Academic Year 2020/2021. Candidates are requested to check their admission status by following the link: https://registration.unac.rw/srms1/ accessible on the UR website (www.ur.ac.rw).
The following should be noted:
1) Selected candidates will access online acceptance letters for the programs they have been admitted into from 8th January 2021. Guidelines for online access to the acceptance letters will be published on the same date on the UR website.
2) Selected candidates are expected to confirm acceptance of admission offer by registering within the indicated period in the acceptance letter. Failure to register on time will lead to losing the admission which will be offered to other applicants on the waiting list.
3) Due to the limited capacity, it was not possible for the UR to offer admission to all eligible candidates as per the published entry requirements. The high academic merit in principal subjects and aggregate were the only criteria for selection of candidates admitted into programs.

4) Non selected applicants who may wish to appeal must send an email to the Registrar of the College which offers the programme of his/her first choice that he/she applied for. The list of College Registrars with their emails is published on the UR website. The period for appeal is from 6th to 13th January 2021.
