Job Requirements
- Able to understand fermentation & yeast harvest processes
- Basic knowledge of Microbiology
- Understanding quality related to fermentation and yeast management
- Have a good understanding of CIP
- Knowledge of the Beer industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or biochemistry.
- Proficiency in English and / or French
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Have teamwork spirit.
