The Embassy of the United States of America in Kigali is recruiting for the position of DOD Budget Analyst. The position is open to All Interested Candidates/All Sources and available to start immediately.

Duties: Under the supervision of DOD chief, incumbent serves as Budget Analyst and Office Management Assistant for the Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC), United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM), and the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). Responsible for the operational budget analyst in the ODC and daily interface with the embassy budget and general support personnel. Travels outside of Rwanda to participate in relevant training. Assists the ODC in Overseas Humanitarian Assistance Shared Information System (OHASIS) projects management.
