Job Mission

The Human Resources/Operations Officer will develop and administer Human Resource initiatives; and provide HR support to all departments. He/she will also be responsible for supporting office and operations management of the organization by developing and implementing positive relationships with vendors, clients, and internal staff in the Human Resources department.

Job responsibilities

  • Be a planner for staff wellness activities to create good a working Environment at MTN Rwanda
  • Leave Management – enforce all Departments to do monthly leave reconciliations
  • Departments Administration Support for any administrative work/services required
  • Handle all recruitment processes in MTN Rwanda
  • Responsible for Pre-shortlisting all MTN Jobs advertised
  • File All the Codings for the Candidates
  • Responsible for Apprenticeship new hires under the Graduate Program
  • Follow up on Internship programs, Research and Student Visits
  • Oversee iRecruitment by use of the HRIS System
  • Be the HRIS System Administrator and HRIS data monthly clean up
  • Support High Volume Journey Meetings for Departmental champions
  • Support the Security Administration section
  • Be responsible for HR Filling Cabin Management
  • Support GCA Participation
  • Manage Calendar for HR Customer Visits for both Internal and External Customers
  • Support Yellow feedback Sessions
  • Work on Company Policies and Present to the Management for approvals
  • Act as back-up to Staff Accountant for payroll processing
  • * and maintain operation manuals.
  • Play leading role in office space management
  • Track staff requests pertaining to their work-related needs.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in IT Or Business Administration Option Human Resources Management
  • Minimum of 1 Year’ Experience in the Telecommunication Industry
  • Client focused, customer service disposition
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
