Job Description

Major attributions are:

Draft contracts for post graduate trainers;

Handle all logistics related to the teaching of post graduate programs ;

Arrange transport and accommodation of trainers;

Organize internship for the students;

Inspect training rooms and avail needed equipments to trainers;

Control presence and regularity of lecturers

Submit to the students, evaluation forms and collect them;

Control the presence of the students during the teaching of modules;

Receive students’ research topics;

 

Deal of the supervisors and topics for research papers;

Link students and their supervisors;

Handle issues related to accommodation and catering for the trainers and students;

To carry out any other administrative activities relating to the post graduate programs.
