UNDP Rwanda is looking to recruit a National Individual Consultancy as Gender Specialist to Support the Preparation of the Full Project Document for a GEF-7 Project ‘Ecosystems/Landscape Approach to Climate Proof the Rural Settlement Program of Rwanda’. The National Gender Specialist will support on the stakeholder analysis and consultations, preparation of the gender analysis, gender action plan and budget, updating of the UNDP Social and Environmental Screening Procedure (SESP), as well as ensure necessary actions are taken during the project preparation phase. He/she will work under the coordination of the Team Leader and with guidance from the International Safeguards Specialist.
